Hey ^^ I just wanted to share my journey and exchange with you guys to see how I can improve my sleep level.
Currently I'm tracking my sleep with my Galaxy Watch 6 Classic on a daily basis. It gives me some sweet insights on how long I'm sleeping, but especially how my sleep is structured. At the moment I'm a bit short on my deep sleep phases but I try to get this back up by sticking to my regular schedule (I tend to stay awake for way too long :D)
I'm also thinking about getting a Withings sleep analyzer, but haven't decided yet.
Does anyone have some recommendations, or tricks to get a better sleep? Or how do you track your sleep?
